Kahoot! is a website that I have frequently returned to because students of all ages find it so fun and engaging. What I like most about the quiz creator is its game-like format and the ability to create both competitive contests and low-stakes polls for your students. Students participate by "joining" the game through a special code on their own electronic devices and earn points for how quickly they choose the correct answer to the question provided. This is a great tool for making tedious tasks like vocabulary memorization more interesting and even enjoyable. Below is a Kahoot! quiz that I created to help my students learn fifteen different literature terms found in John Milton's Paradise Lost.
